Refund & Cancellation Policy

In your claim, please include an explanation of the reason for the refund, and your order information. If you are not sure about product / offer compatibility, or have questions about product / offer features, please contact us. All questions are free of charge. All costs incurred for you will be terminated on a pro-rata basis, the final decision will be at the discretion of PT Kedai Lintas Komunikasi. No refunds are issued for services provided (including product installation, parts adjustment and replacement).
